Very Old Extra Rich

Naturamel Prestige Very Old Extra Rich farmhouse cheese is highly regarded for its deep, complex flavours, traditional production methods, and its role in Dutch culinary culture. The texture is firm, dense, and crumbly, with occasional crystallization that adds a delightful crunch. Despite its firmness, the cheese may still possess a creamy mouthfeel, melting on the palate and releasing its concentrated flavours with each bite.
